Graduation in any discipline with excellent command over English language is the Prerequisite. Selection will be based on a series of written and listening comprehension tests that are followed by personal interviews.

We at Sharp understand the importance of HIPAA compliance and to instill this cognizance in every new employee; we conduct HIPAA awareness programs as a part of the curriculum for trainees. Also, all trainees who are slated to undergo training will have to sign a nondisclosure agreement at the time of joining.

Training Terms

 
    Age : Age should be between 18 and 35 years
   

Duration of Training : 6 months plus 2 months on-the-job training.

   

Stipend : For selected candidates, stipend will be provided during the training period.

   

Selection : Walk-in interviews conducted on weekdays. Selections will be based on a series of aptitude and comprehensive written tests followed by GDs and personal interviews.

   

Placement : Assured placement on successful completion of training.

   

Service Period: As per our corporate policy, candidates are expected to work for a minimum period of 2 years after completion of training.

   

Shifts: Candidates should have the willingness to work on shifts.
