Mr. K. K. Ramachandran. – Managing Director.

Born in 1943 in a South Indian agricultural family, Mr. K. K Ramachandran graduated in commerce and took to manufacturing of mini water pumps that set a new trend in the Indian water pumps industry. The company was christened in the1986 as Sharp Pumps Private Limited and over a period of 17 years it has grown in size, market, and stature.

Today, Mr. K.K Ramachandran is the Chairman of Sharp Foundry India Limited, Managing Director of Sharp Pumps Private Limited and Sharp Info Solutions Private Limited. His social commitments are being fulfilled by Karuppannan Trust that was created on fond memory of his beloved father, to cater to the economically underprivileged in the areas of basic technical education.

Mr. K.K. Ramachandran has bagged numerous awards for his able leadership and administration. Some of them are The UDYOG RATTAN AWARD in 1993 from the Institute of Economic Studies, VIKAS RATTAN AWARD in 1993 from the International friendship Society of India, JAMNALAL BAJAJ AWARD for fair business practices in 1993 and in 2003 from the Council of Fair Business Practices, RAJIV GANDHI NATIONAL QUALITY AWARD (Commendation Certificate) in 2003 and Tamilnadu Government instituted QUALITY AWARD in the years 1993 and 1994.

Mr. Kannan Ramachandran - CEO

Born in the year 1975, Mr. Kannan Ramachandran graduated in Mechanical Engineering. He further moved to Texas for an MS in Industrial Engineering at the Lamar State University and then took up the family business in 1998. Under his pro-vision leadership as the CEO cum Director of group companies such as Sharp Pumps Private Limited, Sharp Info Solutions Private Limited and Sharp Foundry India Limited, the group has found greater domestic and international market presence.

Ms. K. R. Kavitha – Executive Director

Born in 1978, Ms. K.R Kavitha graduated in Information Technology and functions as the Executive Director of Sharp Info Solutions Private Limited. Her comprehensive knowledge of the IT sector and her through understanding of the BPO industry has been instrumental in proper establishment of the company.

Mr. N. Raman – General Manager

Mr. Raman Nandhi has been in the Medical Transcription Industry for more than a decade. He has held various positions during his career in the Medical Transcription industry and has worked his growth to become the General Manager of Sharp Info Solutions. He is currently managing over 300 people of various departments efficiently and effectively. His process management capabilities, strategic decision making skills and his means of maintaining client relationships are praise worthy. He is known for keeping commitments and is sensitive to the needs of his people. With his presence, Sharp Info Solutions is certain to set new benchmarks in the healthcare industry.

Mr. B. Natrajan – Senior Manager

Mr. B. Natarajan has been with Sharp Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd., since its inception. He has an overall experience of 15 plus years with more than 10 years in the field of medical transcription. He is currently in command of IT security and training. He has trained numerous employees in the field of medical transcription. He has vast experience and plays an important role in strategic and operational decision making. He is an exceptional value addition to the organization.
